Authors are encouraged to submit research that contributes meaningfully to academic knowledge, professional practice, managerial decision-making, or public policy.
Submissions are welcome from researchers, academicians, doctoral scholars, business professionals, managers, financial specialists, entrepreneurs, consultants, and policymakers. Submission eligibility is unrestricted by nationality, institutional affiliation, or professional status.
Covers applied commerce, business policy, strategic leadership, banking, marketing, consumer behaviour, HR analytics, startup ecosystems, corporate governance, AI in management, circular economy, and interdisciplinary management studies.
Manuscripts must be original and unsubmitted elsewhere. Previously published work, duplicate submissions, disguised translations, or salami-sliced data are rejected. Preprints, working papers, or theses must be disclosed upon submission.
