The GRWS International Journal of Applied Commerce and Strategic Management encourages authors to make research data openly available wherever legally, ethically, and practically possible to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and scientific integrity.
Authors must include an explicit statement in their manuscript choosing one of the following standard declarations:
Where research data are deposited in a recognized public repository, authors must explicitly state the repository name, complete dataset link, and persistent identifier (such as a DOI or accession number) within the manuscript text and reference list.
Authors must ensure that shared data do not violate participant confidentiality, human subject informed consent, institutional non-disclosure agreements, proprietary commercial interests, copyright, or applicable data-protection laws.
The journal reserves the right to request raw data, statistical scripts, or survey files during peer review or an ethical investigation. Failure to supply reasonable data evidence upon request may directly impact peer review, editorial decisions, or result in manuscript rejection.
Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, integrity, completeness, documentation, and lawful sharing of their underlying research data. The journal advocates for open science while strictly safeguarding participant confidentiality and legal agreements.
