Author Guidelines

The GRWS International Journal of Applied Commerce and Strategic Management welcomes original, methodologically sound, ethically conducted, and academically significant manuscripts. Authors must read these guidelines carefully before submitting.

Submission indicates that all authors have approved the manuscript and agree to comply with the journal’s editorial, ethical, copyright, licensing, and peer-review policies.

General Submission Requirements
Original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere.
Falls strictly within the journal's aims and scope.
Presents clear academic, managerial, or policy contributions.
Follows transparent, robust research methodology and ethics.
Written in clear, professional academic English.
Discloses funding, conflicts, AI usage, and removes author details for blinding.

Submission Files Required

Title Page: Full title, author details, affiliations, ORCIDs, corresponding contact, disclosures, funding, and ethical statements.

Blinded Manuscript: Anonymised file without author names, affiliations, email addresses, or identifying metadata/self-references.

Manuscript Formatting Specs

Prepared in MS Word (.doc/.docx), A4 size, Times New Roman 12pt font, 1.5 line spacing, 2.54 cm margins on all sides, justified alignment, consecutive page numbers, and clearly structured hierarchical headings.

Recommended Manuscript Structure
Title & Abstract

Concise title + 200–300 word structured abstract outlining objective, methods, main findings, and implications. Include 5–8 keywords.

Introduction & Literature

Highlight research background, problem, gap, significance, theoretical framework, and explicit hypotheses/objectives.

Methodology

Transparent detail on research design, sampling, data collection, measurement, analytical techniques, software, and ethical approvals.

Results & Discussion

Present findings logically using concise tables/figures. Interpret results in light of prior literature without exaggerated claims.

Limitations & Conclusion

Balanced reflection on methodological/sampling boundaries. Summarise core contributions and actionable future directions.

Equations & Tables

Editable mathematical equations, consecutive table/figure numbering, captions, defined symbols, and exact statistical values.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Substantive AI drafting or data assistance must be explicitly disclosed.

Publication fees are governed separately. Fee payments never guarantee acceptance or affect editorial review.
