The GRWS International Journal of Applied Commerce and Strategic Management maintains a clear separation between advertising, sponsorship, commercial activities, and editorial decision-making.
Advertising revenue, sponsorship, institutional support, or promotional arrangements do not influence manuscript selection, peer review, editorial decisions, publication schedules, corrections, retractions, or research interpretation.
Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, commercial partners, publishers, and financial contributors. Commercial relationships never grant authority to review, delay, modify, or prevent publication.
All advertisements must be visually distinct and clearly labelled to prevent confusion with peer-reviewed research, editorials, or official journal policies.
Academic books, research software, academic calls for papers, university job openings, research grants, library services, statistical tools, business education, and professional development programs relevant to management and commerce disciplines.
Commercial paper mills, contract cheating, ghostwriting, paid authorship, fake peer-review, citation manipulation, predatory publishing, false indexing/impact-factor claims, and deceptive academic certificate providers.
Advertisements for academic entities, conferences, or databases must provide independently verifiable claims. Assertions regarding Scopus/Web of Science indexing, DOAJ inclusion, COPE membership, impact factors, or guaranteed DOI registrations must be supported by official documentation prior to approval.
Sponsor names, participation degree, and funding sources must be explicitly disclosed. Unreviewed sponsor material cannot be titled research.
Sponsored supplements undergo standard independent peer review. Sponsors cannot choose reviewers or block negative results.
Financial support for special issues must not dictate topic choices or manuscript approvals. Guest editors must disclose all sponsor ties.
Editors and staff involved in advertising decisions must recuse themselves if they hold financial shares, consultancies, or personal relationships with advertisers.
Advertisers are strictly barred from accessing unpublished manuscripts, reviewer lists, or private editorial correspondence. Reader data is never sold.
Promotional emails require user opt-in consent with functional unsubscribe links. Author/reviewer database contacts are not used for third-party commercial marketing.
Advertisements must not degrade website security, user accessibility, or open-access functionality. The journal immediately suspends ads containing:
The journal reserves full authority to modify, suspend, or cancel ads that violate policies, make false claims, or trigger substantiated reader complaints.
Displaying an ad does not constitute journal endorsement. Readers assess claims independently; advertisers bear full legal responsibility for ad content.
