Article Withdrawal Policy

Authors may request the withdrawal of a manuscript before publication by submitting a formal written request to the editorial office. A withdrawal request may be accepted when supported by valid academic, ethical, legal, or personal reasons.

Author-Initiated Withdrawal Requirements

To process a manuscript withdrawal request, the corresponding author must submit a formal written application containing:

Complete manuscript title and submission identification details.
Clear statement explaining the specific reason for withdrawal.
Written confirmation and consent from all co-authors.
₹0 Fee Guarantee: No withdrawal charges apply at any stage.
Journal-Initiated Withdrawal Grounds

The journal may independently withdraw a manuscript prior to publication if it involves serious publication misconduct, including:

• Duplicate or simultaneous submissions to another journal.
• Plagiarism, text recycling, or unattributed copying.
• Data fabrication, falsification, or figure manipulation.
• Unresolved authorship disputes or ghost/gift authorship.
• Lack of mandatory ethical approvals or consent documentation.
• Copyright infringement or peer-review manipulation.
Ongoing Investigation Prohibition

Withdrawal requests must not be used to bypass an ongoing publication ethics investigation. If a manuscript is under active review for plagiarism, data fabrication, or authorship disputes, the investigation will proceed to completion regardless of a withdrawal request.

Post-Publication Policy

Once an article has been formally published, it cannot be simply withdrawn. Post-publication concerns will be addressed strictly through official Correction, Retraction, or Removal procedures in according with journal policies to protect the scholarly record.

Final Editorial Authority

The final decision regarding any manuscript withdrawal rests entirely with the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized academic editor. No fee is ever charged for withdrawing a manuscript.
